Ingredients :
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1/4 olive oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
6 cloves of garlic minced
2 bay leaves
1 table spoon Creole seasoning
1 table spoon oregano
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 green onions sliced
1 lemon sliced
1/2 lemon juiced
2 lbs. of Speckled trout or Redfish filets and French bread
Preheat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients into a sauce pan (not fish and bread) on medium heat until combined and warn. Salt to taste.
Lay filets in a 9X13 baking dish
pour mixture over fish and bake for 15-20 min
Serve with French bread.
