David T. of Lake Charles started the day with a DOA under a cork and we put 14 quick ones in the cooler. The weather and wind was so calm I decided to check a near rig and in no time we had our 30 trout 2 Spanish Mackerel(A 5# and a 3#) and some Black Drum for good measure.

Joann (My Better Half) joined me Sunday for catching her favorite meal Flounder. The tide was moving out nice and the fish were hungry. We had our 20 flounder limit and a dozen specs for a fun day together.

My son and his wife came over for a day of fishing with me and we loaded the cooler with trout in Hackberry Louisiana.
